To request an invoice for adding funds, simply head to the Billing section in your portal. Click on "Add funds" and complete the invoice request form with your billing information, order details, and preferred payment method.
Once submitted, a copy of your invoice will be emailed to you. If you're using a credit card, your invoice will arrive with a secure payment link.
Digital gift cards are delivered to the recipient’s email address as they entered during redemption.
Kindly suggest they look for an email from hello@everythingcard.ca, and check their spam or promotions folders. If it's still missing, they can reach out for help through our recipient contact form.
