What’s going on? Tell us how we can help.

When your account was created, you should have received an email with the subject line "Gift Card Administrator Access Granted." This email contains your custom URL and initial login details. If you can't locate this email, please reach out to us for assistance.

If you've forgotten your password, simply use the "Forgot your password?" option on the login page. Make sure to enter the correct mobile phone number that you used during account setup. If you don't receive a password reset email, feel free to contact us for support.

Adding another administrator is both easy and beneficial. Simply contact your account representative or just fill out the “Still need help?” form to submit your request.

We accept EFT, EMT, Cheque and Credit Card for funding your account. Credit Card payments incur a 3% convenience fee.

Funds are typically credited within one business day after they reach our bank. The same time frame applies to Credit Card payments once they are approved.

To request an invoice for adding funds, simply head to the Billing section in your portal. Click on "Add funds" and complete the invoice request form with your billing information, order details, and preferred payment method.

Once submitted, a copy of your invoice will be emailed to you. If you're using a credit card, your invoice will arrive with a secure payment link.

If the invitation didn't arrive, no worries! Just head over to the Manage Sends section where it was created. Find the recipient’s record and click on “Re-Send” to send the same invitation again, no extra charges.

Digital gift cards are delivered to the recipient’s email address as they entered during redemption.

Kindly suggest they look for an email from hello@everythingcard.ca, and check their spam or promotions folders. If it's still missing, they can reach out for help through our recipient contact form.

Physical gift cards typically reach their destination within a week. It's a good idea to ask your recipient to double-check the mailing address listed in their confirmation email. If it hasn’t arrived after 15 business days, completing our recipient contact form will get them the assistance they need.
