If you have received a digital EverythingCard, open the email from hello@everythingcard.ca. There should be a code and next to it a “continue” button. Click on the button to continue.
If you have received a physical card, the link is located at the back of your EverythingCard. Type the URL into your browser to continue.
If you have a digital card by email, you'll find the code near the bottom of the email, right beside the “continue” button.
For physical cards, the code is hidden behind a scratch-off sticker located under the text that reads “And enter the code:” on the back of the card. Simply scratch off the sticker to reveal your code.
Typically, you'll receive your digital gift card within a few hours. The email will come from hello@everythingcard.ca, so be sure to check your spam or promotions folders if you don’t see it in your inbox.
If you’ve ordered multiple cards, check if your conversations have been stacked within your inbox.

Typically, these gift cards arrive within a week at the address you provided during redemption. To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your confirmation email to verify that your mailing address is correct.
