EverythingCard Quick Start Terms
Summary of Key Terms
Client can use platform to order EverythingCard Codes (“EC Codes”) to be redeemed for gift cards from selection of national merchants
Client can order EC Codes for values between $5 and $500, in $5 increments up to $50, and $25 increments thereafter.
Client logo and message shall be displayed during the redemption experience.
All gift card management and fulfillment is included in EC Code fees, as applicable. No additional usage fees including annual or monthly Platform fees. Client can cancel anytime.
Minimum invoice amount of $500 per deposit. Funds in deposit account never expire. No minimum balance required.
No refunds or cancellations of codes or gift cards.
EC Codes and subsequent gift cards never expire.
Each EC Code can only be issued to a single recipient, and once issued, becomes property of the recipient. No EC Code redemption history, in any form, shall be provided to Client.
Summary Fee Schedule
Platform Licensing Fee: $0
Email Invitations: $0 per code
Standard Codes: $0 per code (digital cards only)
Premium Codes: $1.50 per code (digital and physical gift cards, includes shipping)
EMT/EFT/Cheque Payment: No fees
Credit Card Payment: 3.0% of order value
